• Lead the Teamsport graphic design team, mentor team members and help the team grow
• Be a key partner in the development of the creative direction for Teamsport with focus on graphics and lead its implementation
• Execute graphic designs with both trend and strategical BU Teamsport and consumer relevance
• Successfully partner with other design teams to drive stories and product messages in alignment with Business Unit goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product Line Management, Brand Marketing, Development and Merchandising) in order to create the best possible end result
• Be an expert in graphics and act as a role-model by sharing expertise
• Solve problems and develop innovative solutions through product creation.
